Team Rybo Gets Married/Looking for a New Assignment

We apologize for the hiatus from the blog BUT we do have quite to update!!

TEAM RYBO GETS MARRIED!!!

Traveling has been a wonderful adventure so far, one in which we love doing together.
Let me just say that planning a wedding a few hundred miles from home has been interesting!
After a few months of planning, with lots of help from family and friends, Team Rybo officially married September 19th, 2015!!!
Naturally, we had a Tennessee/Fall themed wedding back in our home state of Tennessee.
Here are some pics from the big day!

After the wedding, Team Rybo set out on a wonderful honeymoon to the shores of Cape Hatteras.
We stayed at a wonderful bed and breakfast called: Cape Hatteras B&B. Excellent B&B right on the beach with fantastic staff and the BEST breakfast around town! We HIGHLY recommend staying here! Check out their website here
While on our honeymoon, we celebrated Ryan's birthday!

On the road again:Travel Job #2!

Team Rybo has been on the move!

In July, we tearfully said goodbye to our amazing co-workers and the gorgeous state of South Dakota.

Last sunset in South Dakota

Although we absolutely LOVED the hospital we worked at, we needed to be closer to home for various reasons (life happens etc.)

We set out on a long trek from western South Dakota ALL the way to our new assignment in Greenville, North Carolina.

We've added some magnets to our collection:

Our route

27 hours and 1,800 miles later....we finally got to North Carolina...

New Hospital

The medical center we are working at is a very big and busy level 1 Trauma center.
The hospital is so large, that we have to take a bus from employee parking to the front of the hospital (seriously!!)
Here is an aerial pic of part of the hospital:

Ryan and I are both working in CVOR and BOY is it a busy department!
We are very blessed with another great crew of staff to work with! The heart team is very team oriented in which everyone helps each other out a lot (how work should be everywhere)
We've been here for almost a month and we have done 1-2 heart surgeries everyday of the week!
We love being busy at work!

Exploring Greenville, North Carolina:

We haven't had a ton of time to roam around and explore the area yet but we have found a few places that we absolutely LOVE!
Our new favorite park

One great thing about living in Eastern North Carolina...the beach is close!
Atlantic Beach Sunrise

Rybo leaving our mark on Atlantic beach!

Newest Team Rybo Member

Ryan and I were blessed to adopt the sweetest, most wonderful ginger kitty.
Introducing Mr. Raylan Butch Terry! This little squirt is 9 weeks old and full of energy!
He is our traveling bud and has already made a 5 1/2 hour car ride to and from Tennessee this past weekend. He is very well behaved and an absolute joyful blessing for Ryan and myself.

That is all for the update! I will be better about updating the blog, now that things have calmed down a bit!

Until next time...
