The Adventures of Rybo

Team Rybo set out on yet another adventure today! Sunny, 70 degrees and breezy...this day was absolutely perfect.
We drove westward around 1 hour 45 minutes towards the beautiful state of Wyoming.
Let me tell you...this beautiful place did not disappoint!

This has been one of the best weeks to date, since being in South Dakota (minus a nasty upper respiratory virus being shared by Ryan and myself)



FUN PLACE TO VISIT

Ryan and I ventured to a fun place, here in SD called Reptile Gardens.
This place was super fun to visit! There are all sorts of exhibits involving reptiles, birds and a beautiful indoor tropical garden. Here are some pics from our visit:

Of all the random things to happen during the month of May...a blizzard??!!
Seriously...from the middle of the state of South Dakota towards the west-we had a ton of snow, while the other half of South Dakota had to experience tornadoes!!
Mother Nature sure is odd up here. Apparently the main seasons South Dakota has are Summer and Winter.
As usual, Team Rybo made the most of this random Winterstorm. We acted like a couple of 5 year olds making snow angels, face diving into the snow and of course...a few snowballs were thrown around!




























WORK NEWS

Aside from the random weather here, things are still going great!
There is a serious need for another Cardiac nurse in the department, so I volunteered to work on the heart team (instead of my beloved Neuro) while they look to hire another nurse.
FYI: If any of you know of a CVOR nurse that would like to travel to South Dakota, we would LOVE to have you here! Message me for details.

Ryan and I are SOOOO looking forward to coming back home for a week in June! We are missing our families and friends a LOT...not to mention that it will be super nice to have a week off work to relax.

Team Rybo still has some places to visit here in South Dakota. The following are places we plan to visit before we leave:

-Hiking in the Black Hills



















One thing is for sure, Team Rybo is having a fantastic adventure!!!
