Ahhh...the joys of packing and moving...(cough cough) NOT!
Okay, normally moving stuff isn't too bad of a job....unless it is snowing unrelentingly every other day.
The pic to the left is my car this past Saturday...as well as Tuesday... and by the looks of it tomorrow as well.
To all my prayer peeps, we need prayers for at least one day of decent weather so we can move sometime between now and Tuesday.
Apparently we are supposed to get 3"-7" of snow tonight.
Geeked Out
Since we are taking both of our cars, Ryan thought it would be a good idea to buy walkie talkies for our road trip. I have to say that the kid in me is excited about us conversing like truck drivers for our 21 hour trip. Hmmm...what should our Handle names be??? Big Orange and Java Mama?
I can just hear it now:
"Java Mama to Big Orange, we are en-route from K-town to The Sioux. Make sure to drink your battery acid, so you don't have to check your eyelids for pin holes."
Translation: "Amy to Ryan, we are en-route from Knoxville to Sioux Falls. Make sure to drink your coffee so you won't get tired."

Countdown to South Dakota: 8 days
As the day gets closer, Ryan and I are getting more and more excited.
Although we are ridiculously excited for our new adventure, we are very much going to miss a lot of amazing people here in Tennessee. God has blessed Ryan and I with loving families, amazing friends and fantastic co-workers. Everyone we are blessed to have in our lives has bestowed us with incredible memories that we will never ever forget. The biggest reason we wanted to create this blog is to keep everyone updated on what's going on, regardless of the miles between us. We love each and everyone of you and want to thank you for being apart of our lives.
